The Magnifico hotel is situated in the historic centre of Rome, in the shopping area of via Nazionale.
Plenty of major sights, like the Santa Maria degli Angeli and Santa Maria Maggiore splendid basilicas or the Santa Maria della Vittoria baroque church, famous for Bernini's Estasi di Santa Teresa masterpiece, are easily reachable on foot.
Public transportation on via Nazionale will quickly bring you to the Quirinale area or to the Fori Imperiali Roman archaelogical site.
The property, a stylish 18th century building with a nice courtyard, is fully air-conditioned and features an elegant atmosphere with all the comforts including an ADSL Internet Point and a bar corner.

The hotel is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, connected to all main highways; follow the indications to Roma centro and then to via Nazionale.
By train
The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the Termini railway station.
By airplane
The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.
The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.

- from reservation untill 5 nights first of arrival – no penalty;
- 72 hours first of arrival untill arrival date – penalty:
the total amount of the first night if the reservation is between 1 and 3
nights, moore then 3 nights the penalty will be 30% of the total amount;
- NO SHOW – penalty : the total amount for all the period of
reservation.
