The Residence Holiday is located in a quiet position, close to the historical centre of Sirmione, on the banks of Lake Garda, offering guests a warm welcome, hospitality and attention.
The residence, surrounded by a large garden with ancient olive trees, features many high-quality amenities, such as a splendid outdoor swimming pool and a children's pool surrounded by a garden, a restaurant (situated 500 meters from the residence) and a cozy bar where you can have a drink or a coffee with friends.
With a comfortable and welcoming ambience, spectacular surroundings and top-notch services, guests are guaranteed a pleasant stay.

From the highway, take exit Sirmione and follow the indications to Sirmione and then to the residence.
By train
The railway stations in Desenzano and Peschiera del Garda are about 8 km from the residence and connected to Sirmione by bus.
By airplane
The Montichiari and the Villafranca airports are about 20 km from the residence and connected to Sirmione by buses going by Desenzano or Peschiera del Garda.
