La Pieve di Pomaia residential complex offers spacious and cosy serviced apartments in the Tuscan countryside, as well as double, triple and quadruple guest rooms.
The apartments can host from 3 to 6 persons and offer all comforts and amenities of a private house. Located on the ground or first floors, all apartments have a private balcony or patio with table and chairs and hill view, cooking corner, living room with single or double sofa bed, one or two bathrooms and one or two bedrooms.

Parking is included in the price.
Bike and mountain bike rentals cost €4,00 per day.
Cots cost €25,00 per night.
A fixed price of €45,00 per person per week is mandatory (even if staying less than a week) and includes the use of gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, TV, access to the pool, the children playground and the barbecue area.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment kitchen to avoid a €25,00 surcharge.
A refundable deposit of €100,00 per apartment is requested.
Breakfast is included in the room rate for hotel guests and subject to charges for apartment guests.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee
will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30
percent of all nghts will be charged.
If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 50
percent of all nghts will be charged.
If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 80
percent of all nghts will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price
of the reservation will be charged.
