All 47 newly built serviced apartments in Peschiera del Garda offer en-suite facilities with shower, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen with 4 electric cooking plates, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, dining corner with table and chairs, fridge, satellite TV, and air-conditioning (working approximately from Mid-June to Mid-September). There also is a laundrette at guests' disposal.
There are one-room apartments, sizing about 28-29 sqm for up to 2 guests; two-room apartments (about 39-40 sqm in size) with one double bedroom for an occupancy of a maximum of 4 people.
Sizing between 49-53 sqm, the three-room apartments feature a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, accommodating up to 6 people.
