By public transportation
Bus lines 26 and 28 stop at Cité des congrès, which is close to the property.

From Nantes Atlantique railway station, it is a 5-minute walk: take Quai de Malakof and turn into Avenue Carnot, where the property lies.
By airplane
From Nantes Atlantique airport, take the Tan Air shuttle, which stops in front of the residence.
