A private way connects the garden with the beach, from which runs a long lakeside promenade. The Malcesine centre is easily reachable in 20 minutes and the main services such as supermarket, newsagent and tabacconist are also short walking distance away.

Bikes and windsurfing equipment are available in the complex.

The one-room apartments for 2 persons consist of one double sofa bed, while the apartments for 4 persons feature a double room or a loft with two beds or a double bed, and in the living-room is available one double sofa bed. The 4A studios have a chair-bed for a 5th person.

The complex also provides 4 guest rooms, offered with the same treatment of the apartments including the final cleaning service, but not including the daily maid service.
