The Residence Lu Nibareddu is situated in Loiri Porto San Paolo, on the hill top overlooking the bay of Porto Taverna - renowned for the beautiful beach with views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara - about 20 km/12.4 miles to the south of Olbia and not far from the exclusive Costa Smeralda.
The residence complex blends in perfectly with the unspoiled natural surroundings, a sea of innumerable shades of blue and a thriving Mediterranean shrub with profuse bushes of juniper, from which the name of the residence Lu Nibareddu derives.
The property offers comfortable accommodation in self-catering apartments and villas nestled within the spacious garden. On-site features include a restaurant pizzeria, a swimming pool and two tennis courts. A golf course at discounted rates for guests is available nearby.

The Residence Lu Nibareddu offers welcoming one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as fully furnished villas sleeping up to 6 people.
All accommodations feature a completely equipped kitchenette, mini fridge, living room, bathroom and terrace or garden with comfortable patio furniture. The colour TV is available upon request (subject to charges).
Specially equipped lodgings for disabled guests and baby cots are available upon request. Small pets are welcome at the property.
The apartments are located between 50 and 1.500 metres from the sea and are connected via a private road and mini bus service.

From Olbia, take the coastal state road (S.S. 125) in the direction of San Teodoro/Siniscola/Nuoro and continue for about 18 km/11.2 miles until you reach Monte Petrosu. Then turn left and follow the road signs to Residence Lu Nibareddu.
