La Corte di Maggiano is an elegant residence situated on a hill overlooking La Spezia and the sea.
The property is only 5 km from the city centre of La Spezia and is housed in an ancient estate, now completely refurbished offering 3 apartments named after illustrious English Romantic poets: Lord Byron, John Keats and Percy Bysshe Shelley.
Guests will also have a private swimming pool, located in the garden, at their free and full disposal.

There are two 50 smq. apartments for 6 people that are composed of a double room with a twin bed and 2 bunk beds, a bathroom, a terrace overlooking the sea, a living room with sofabed and a fully equipped cooking area.

By car
The property is easily reachable by the motorway A11 Genova-Livorno, exit La Spezia. Follow the signs for La Spezia centro, then for the seafront passeggiata Morin. At the end of the seafront, the road turns by 90 degrees (you are now driving along the canale Lagora). Follow the signs to Genova. Past the railways bridge, close to the Gaggiola park, keep following the signs to Genova until a slope with narrow turns. Then drive about 2 km until you will notice a sign for Maggiano (on the opposite roadway). Take this road and drive about 700 meters until you reach the property.
By train
The structure is 3 km from the La Spezia railway station.
By airplane
The property is 80 km from the Pisa airport and 110 km from the Genoa airport.
