Situated in the Loire Valley, a UNESCO's world heritage site, the Château de la Bourdaisière Hotel is housed in a historic building surrounded by splendid gardens where Francis I's favourite, Marie Gaudin, and Henry IV's favourite, Gabrielle d'Estrée, used to live. Prince Louis Albert de Broglie (the Prince gardener) created in the castle's park the Conservatoire de la tomate (Tomato Conservatory), so in spring don't miss this unique opportunity of visiting the beautiful dahlia garden and officinal herbs gardens.

To transform this historic site in a perfect eco hotel, at the end of 2009 the management will start a technological renovation program ending in 2012. The program will use the best solutions for water and energy savings, as well as waste disposal; whilst educational exhibitions will take place at the Château de la Bourdaisière Hotel.

双人间 Choose one of the 11 guest rooms at the Château de la Bourdaisière or one of the 6 rooms in the Choisneul Pavilion. All of the accommodations come with an en-suite bathroom with shower and/or bathtub and telephone. A colour TV can be at your disposal upon request. For your convenience, a lift is also available in the castle.

All of the rooms are renovated by Françoise and Louis Albert de Broglie, using the Prince gardener’s indoor and outdoor furnishings.

By car
From the A10 highway (Paris-Bordeaux) take exit no. 21, Tours Centre, and follow direction to Amboise until you reach Montlouis sur Loire (around 10 km away).

By train
From Paris you are 55 minutes away by TGV (fast train). The nearest station is Saint Pierre des Corps, 8 km from the Castle. From there you can either take a taxi or rent a car.

By airplane
Tours Val de Loire airport is reached everyday by the line Tours-London Stansted and Tours-Figari Sud Corse and Tours-Lyon.
For international flights, the nearest international airport is Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle.
