By car
From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, reachable by all highways, take exit 6 Roma-Flaminio and proceed along via Flaminia towards Roma centro (city-centre).

By train
From the Roma Termini railway station, take underground line A towards Battistini and get off at Flaminio. The property lies only 100 metres away.

By airplane
The Roma-Fiumicino airport is about 30 km from the city centre and is well-connected by highway and express train service.
