Named after King Louis IX of France, Ile Saint-Louis is a peaceful oasis of calm in Paris city center. The island is connected to the rest of Paris areas by several bridges to both banks of the Seine River, and by the Pont Saint-Louis to the Île de la Cité. Pont Marie and Sully Morland underground stations (metro line 7) allow visitors to get around easily.
