Low Season: Cancellation without charge is possible until 2 days before arrival, 4 pm, Munich time. In case of cancellation after this date, we charge 80% of the room rate to the credit card. For Now Shows and premature departures, the same policy applies. HIGH SEASON: 11.-15.05.2009, 26.- 29.05.2009, 15. - 18.06.09, 13.09. - 09.10.2009, 19.- 23.10.2009, 04. - 06.12.2009, 06. - 10.02.2010. Cancellation without charge is possible until 14 days before arrival, 4 pm, Munich time.
