From the north: Take the A22 Brennero highway in the direction of Modena, then take the A1 highway in the direction of Bologna and exit at Modena Sud. By train
From Modena train station take the bus n. 7 and get off at Via Emilia Est 413.

By airplane
The Bologna G. Marconi airport is at 30 km/18 miles away. Take the ringroad and at the Borgo Panigale tollgate take the A1 highway to Milan and follow the aforementioned indications.
