The famous towns of Montpellier (buzzing university town with a charming Medieval centre) and Nimes (famous for its beautiful Roman theatre) are both easily reachable by car or train.

By car
From the A9 motorway, take the Agde exit and then follow along for 15 km/9 miles on the RN 312 state road until you reach Cap d'Agde.

By train
From Agde train station you can take the shuttle bus leading to Cap d'Agde and get off near the Opal hotel.

By airplane
From Beziers-Cap d'Agde airport you can reach the hotel using the shuttle bus, which will take you to Cap d'Agde in about 40 minutes. As an alternative, Montpellier-Méditerranée airport is located 36 miles/60 km away from Cap d'Agde.
