Hoku's is renowned for its innovative culinary style and service, serving contemporary island cuisine in a combination of Hawaiian, Asian and European flavors. Must-tries include Butter Poached Rock Lobster with Sous-Vide Belgium Endive, Sweet Pear Chutney and Lobster Vanilla Sauce, Kiawe Smoked Tasmanian Salmon with Lentils and the crisped whole Island Fish, ideal for a romantic meal.
Seaside Grill has a direct view of the Pacific Ocean, providing a nice environment where you can have a delicious lunch of fresh sandwiches and salads, hamburgers and delicious desserts.
Plumeria Beach House has a lovely interior of warm, natural earth tones where you can sample cocktails at sunset, like the famous Mango Madness and choose from an à la carte menu featuring The Kahala Burger and Peach Melba which you can enjoy outside in the warm Hawaiian breeze on the restaurant terrace.
The Veranda is a comfortable lounge overlooking the Dolphin Lagoon with both indoor and outdoor seating where you can have afternoon tea of which there is an abundance of choice, cocktails and light snacks in the evening which brings live jazz music.

A one-night cancellation charge will be processed for cancellations and
no-shows received within 3 days of scheduled arrival.
Holiday Policy:
From December 21 to January 1, 2009 a 5 night minimum stay with 2
night deposit is due at time of Booking. 1 Night Deposit is Non-
Refundable. Must Cancel by September 30 to receive the remaining 1
night deposit back.
