By car
From Pisa Airport:
Take the A12 Motorway towards Genoa. Exit at Versilia and go right towards Forte dei Marmi. After approximately 1.5 km/0.9 miles, go left at the junction and follow indications toward the city centre (centro). Travel all the way to the seafront, then turn right. The hotel is located on the right, after approximately 1 km/0.6 miles.
From Florence:
Take the A11 Motorway towards Prato-Viareggio, then take the A12 Motorway towards Genoa. Exit at Versilia and go towards Forte dei Marmi, then follow the above directions.
From the North:
Take the A12 Motorway towards Livorno. Exit at Versilia and go towards Forte dei Marmi, then follow the above directions.

- from 14 to 7 days prior arrival = penalty equal to 50%
of the total of the stay (deposit);
- after the 6th day prior arrival or in case of no-show =

- in case of advanced departure the penalty will be equal
to the entire stay you reserved.
