- if the cancellation takes place 30-10 days before the
envisaged arrival date, we charge the 30% of the total
stay;
- if the cancellation takes place less than 10 days
before the envisaged arrival date, we charge 80% of the
total stay;
- in case of anticipated departure, we charge the whole
total stay indicated in the contract
Services, in particular meals, are nonrefundable even if
they are not used by a client.
