酒店外部 The initial block of Hotel Capo Sud *** was built in 1955 by the Di Puccio family which still runs the hotel today.
Since then the hotel has been enlarged and regularly restructured, but its discreet and friendly welcome has not changed.

The hotel has fourty rooms in small cottages located in the large (10000 sqm) garden reaching our beach.

These cottages are named Palm, Eucalyptus, Sun, Aleatico, Moon, Pinetree, Mimosa, Nightingale, Butterbush, Sea Urchin and Sage;
their names were suggested to us by their peculiar position within the green mediterranean vegetation which surrounds the hotel.

In the hotel's central building is the main restaurant: our kitchen prepares wholesome dishes and you may choose every day sea specialties.

双人间 Our guests particularly appreciate the hotel's proximity to the sea.
The three paths leading to the beach start from the terrace where breakfast is served, near the waterlilys pond.

The small cottages with most of our rooms, all with a small balcony, are located in the vegetation near the paths leading to the beach.

A few steps and you will reach one of the hotel's most beautiful places, the scenographic swimming pool facing the sea.
Near the swimming pool are a bar and a small nice open-air restaurant which is active since mid June.
Here, at lunch, you may eat a-la-carte or have a complete lunch at a good price.

This is our beach: one of the most peaceful of Elba even during the summer months when the island is more crowded.
The hotel's private beach with the beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds in the sand area is reserved to our clients and free of charge.
Adults and children can relax and swim safely in the swimming pool
and in the sea under the surveillance of the lifeguards.

如何到达 Capo Sud

By car
You can reach the island of Elba by car where on arrival to Piombino, two different shipping companies (Toremar and Moby Lines) offer comfortable ferry services that during the tourist season navigate hourly, on a daily basis.


In only one hour circa, the ferries cover the 10Km distance from the mainland arriving in a chioce of ports; Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, Rio Marina. For a more rapid sollution, a Hydrofoil service operates from Piombino to Portoferraio (via Cavo) in only 35mins. of navigation.
This service is available to passengers without automobiles only.

From North: Freeway A12 direction Genova-Livorno. Exit at Rosignano. Continue on the S.S Aurelia until exit Venturina - Isola d'Elba and from here continue to Piombino Marittima.

From North-Est: Freeway A1 direction Bologna-Firenze-Pisa-Livorno, exit at Rosignano. Continue on the S.S Aurelia until exit Venturina-Isola d'Elba and from here continue to Piombino Marittima.
In alternative: take the s.g.c. Firenze-Pisa-Livorno , exit at Firenze Signa and continue on the S.S (super street) until the Collesalvetti exit. Re-enter the freeway and continue to Rosignano Marittimo and there, take the s.s to Venturina and therefore,from here continue to Piombino Marittima.

From South: Freeway A12, direction Roma-Grosseto. S.S Aurelia exiting at Venturina-Isola d'Elba.Continue to Piombino Marittima.

* As you arrive in Portoferraio follow the sign "All directions".
* Than turn left to Porto Azzurro.
After about 800 mt. you'll find a traffic lighters, turn right to "Lacona / Colle Reciso". (Colle = hill)
As you arrive to the bottom of Colle Reciso (of the hill) you'll find in front of you a minimarket and a bank. There turn left untill a cross where you turn left again, direction Porto Azzurro/Capoliveri.
* After about 400 mt on the right you'll find the road (Via Capo del Marinaro) to Hotel Capo Sud
