The bar at this Brighton concept hotel is a great place to start your night out or relax after a day on the beach. Here you can choose an original cocktail concoction from the bar's extensive menu and then sink into one of the leather sofas to enjoy your drink. From 7 a.m onwards, the Yumi Coffee Shop serves a range of light meals, salads, wraps, sandwiches and paninis as well as drinks and coffee, of course. While you sip your espresso, you can also have a look through a newspaper or a magazine.
What makes a coffee special at the Yumi Coffee Shop is the velvety smooth Puro coffee which fills every cup, made with a unique blend of precision-roasted premium beans. This coffee also has a conscience as it is approved by the association for fair trade.
