Well kept hiking trails start directly at the front door. In early and post season guests have free use of riding and tennis facilities.

On-site amenities include 4 tennis courts, riding stable, restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool and half board service consisting of breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and dinner.

The property also offers the ideal starting point for exploring with your family mysterious castles and picturesque lakes of the delightful Austrian region of Kärnten.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
During the summer season (from 21.05.09 to 26.10.09) the Kärnten Card, allowing guests to enjoy special reductions and free admission to the main local attractions, is included in the price.
During the summer season (from 21.05.09 to 3.11.2009) one horse ride per day per room is included in the price. In August three horse rides per week per room are included in the price.
Ski pass is included in the price from 13.03.2010 to 05.04.2010.
Parking is included in the price.
Shuttle service is not included in the price and costs €20,00 per person to the airport and €40,00 per person to the railway station.
Pets accommodation is not included and costs €8,00 per day.
Use of Internet access at the front desk is not included in the price and costs €5,00 per hour.
Baby cots are included.
Use of the tennis courts is included in the price.
Bike rental is free of charge.
Access to sauna, swimming pool and steam bath is included in the price.
