Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival, if the
reservation is cancelled in less than 3 days, one night room and tax will be
charged. Holiday Cancellation Policy: Christmas 7 days prior to arrival, all
other Holidays 5 days prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged one night room and
tax. Early check-outs are non-refundable.

is to be taken without being paid in full at booking.***
