The B&B is an elegant building, boasting an enviable location 10 minutes by vaporetto from Saint Mark's square, 15 minutes on foot from the Palazzo del Cinema (International Film Festival) and 3 minutes from the beach.

The apartments on the ground floor (35 sqm) are composed of double room, living room with 2 sofa beds, single room (only in apartment for 5 people), kitchenette, bathroom and private furnished garden.
The apartment for 4 people with lagoon view (80 sqm) is composed of entrance, double room, twin room, living room, 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

The suite is composed of double room, private bathroom and lounge and features a terrace overlooking the Venice lagoon.
