b＆b － 外观 Casa 12 b＆b － 外观 The Bed & Breakfast Casa 12 is located in Naples, in the elegant Chiaia district, a central area between the Posillipo neighborhood and Plebiscito square. The nearby Piazza Amedeo underground station as well as the Chiaia and Augusteo funicular stations will allow you to easily reach the historic centre and the rest of the city.

The area, full of trendy and elegant shops, is the ideal place for the shopping lovers. Dont'miss the elegant Piazza dei Martiri square with prestigious boutiques, trendy cafés and antique stores, Villa Pignatelli a luxurious dwelling once belonging to princes and now hosting important exhibitions, and the splendid Villa Comunale park, commissioned by Ferdinand IV of Bourbon and designed by famous architect Vanvitelli, with several 19th century monuments, fountains and the most ancient aquarium in Europe.

The B&B is located on the second floor of a 19th century building. The atmosphere is intimate and warm, ensuring you a successful stay in Naples.
