Located right in the centre of Venice, just metres from famous Bridge of Sighs and Riva degli Schiavoni, the San Marco Apartment is a convenient base for exploring the countless monuments and attractions of this wonderful city.
The apartment, situated on the 2nd floor, offers all the conveniences you may need to relax and enjoy the privacy of home even in the middle of everything Venice has to offer.
Nearby attractions include the splendid Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. And by vaporetto (public water bus) you will easily reach any part of the city and its marvelous surroundings; the nearest stop is San Zaccaria.

Check-in: the apartment is available from 3 p.m. Check-in is not allowed between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the apartment before 10 a.m.
The following rates apply and must be paid in cash upon arrival:
Check in/out between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.: €10,00.
Check in/out between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €20,00.
Check in/out between 10 p.m. and midnight: €30,00.
Check in/out between midnight and 2 a.m.: €50,00.
At your arrival we will be waiting for you at the closest boat station, to give you the keys and the first useful informations. The keys can also be picked up in our Point Office.
Once in the apartment, you will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 a.m. of the day after your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item.

VAT is included in the rates.
Final cleaning service is included in the price.
Linen and linen laundry service are included in the price.
Daily cleaning service is available and it is not included in the price. Further details on request.
Transfer service to/from the airport/rail station/car terminal is available on request and it is not included in the price. Further details on request.
