This beautiful 165 square meters apartment is on the ground floor of an elegant building. It is situated in the residential area Parioli, which is one of the smartest areas of Rome, frequented by embassy personnel and affluent Italians. The housing was mostly built in the 1920s and 1930s.
You will also find easy access to reach the historical centre such as Piazza Navona or the Coloseum. If you wish to walk in green open spaces, there is nearby beautiful Villa Glori, Villa Borghese and Villa Balestra.

The full amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card upon arrival of the reservation in order to confirm your booking.
Reservation Policy:
World Real Estate Srl will charge only once the reservation is confirmed the 30% of the Total Amount of the reservation on your Credit-Card (we welcome American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Int, CartaSi, Eurocard).
As confirmation our clients will receive an official e-mail (with our digital signature) with all the details on our services.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation the charge will be as follows:
up to 6 weeks from arrival 15% of the total amount
between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the arrival 50% of the total amount
before 4 weeks before arrival 100% of the total amount.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
An extra-charge of €12,50 per person will be added to the total amount for the final cleaning service and use of linen and towels.
