LG Montparnasse apartment is a good choice if you want to experience the French culture and mingle with local people, away from the crowds and only minutes away from the major touristical attractions.
The apartment, completely renovated in Mai 2006, is located in a pleasant residential district in the 14th arondissement, surrounded by restaurants cafés and supermarkets, next to the centre and close to the Montparnasse tower and rue d'Alesia, with its stock fashion shops with well-known brands.
The apartment lies on the ground floor in a quiet street. All of the bedrooms face the courtyard, the lounge overlooks the quiet street. All windows are double glazed (anti-breakage and totally sound proof).

The apartment consist of a living area with cooking-corner, a bathroom and 2 rooms. Both rooms overlook the courtyard: one room features a queen size bed for 2 people, the second one has two twin beds.
The living area is very cosy, spacious and very comfortable. Behind the bar is a functional kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure as it has all the necessary at reach and the equipments are brand new.
Among the amenities you will find colour TV, telephone on request, Internet plug, hairdryer and ironing facilities. Baby cots are available on request.
