公寓 － 房间 The accommodation, a quiet 39 sqm one-bedroom apartment, can accommodate up to 4 persons and lies on the 4th floor of a 18th century building without lift, equipped with digicode security system. It features a living room with cooking corner, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower cabin.

In the living room, you will find a sofa-bed, a dining nook for 4 persons and a bookcase. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a cupboard and a chest of drawers. The kitchen comes equipped with two electric burners, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, electric coffee maker and toaster. In addition, each rooms features a fan.

Heating and water-heater are electric and individually adjustable.

By car
Entering the city by the Périphérique (beltway), exit at Centre Porte de Bercy, then follow road signs to Paris-Bercy. Take Quai De Bercy, then Quai De La Rapée. Cross Morland bridge and turn right onto Boulevard Morland, then left onto Quai Des Célestins. Take Quai De L'Hôtel De Ville, then Place De L'Hôtel De Ville, Avenue Victoria and Boulevard De Sébastopol. Turn left into Rue De Turbigo, then right into Rue Etienne Marcel, right into Rue Montmartre and right again into Rue Léopold Bellan. The apartment lies on this street, at number 32.

By train
From Gare de Lyon train station, take RER A (direction Cergy/Poissy/Saint-Germain-en-Laye) or RER D (direction Orry-la-Ville Coye) and get off at Châtelet Les Halles station. The apartment is 700 metres/0.4 miles away from the station.
