The hotel (apartments) will charge 25% of the reservation upon booking. No booking will be guaranteed until this amount has been charged. The remaining amount will be settled by credit card or in cash. Someone from the apartments will contact you before your arrival to ask you which payment method you prefer.
In order to coordinate the delivery of keys and entrance to the apartment, you must call the contact number that appears on the reservation confirmation 24 hours prior to your arrival.
取消条款
Cancellation :If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will
be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be
charged.
Deposit 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of
booking and is refundable.
The rest of the payment will be made against credit card supplied on the
same day of check-in.
There is no option for refund in case the apartment is left in advance to
the reserved dates.
