CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Late arrivals and arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays are to be notified to the management.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the apartment safe is free of charge.
Use of the gym is subject to a refundable deposit; more information on request.
Children over 12 years old pay the full adult rate.
A €150,00 refundable deposit is required per apartment. Deposit can be paid in cash, cheque or credit card, and it will be refunded at the check-out.
Bed linen, towels, air conditioning (during the summer season), central heating (during the winter season) and use of the swimming pool and Jacuzzis are included in the price.
Bedlinen and towel change is subject to charges; details on request.

Pets stay is included in the price (provided that the consent of the hotel management is obtained beforehand).
Outdoor public car park is free of charge.

At the moment of the reservation we will charge 40%
of the total amount as deposit.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 8 days before
arrival this deposit will be kept as penalty.
In case of cancellation 7 days before arrival or less,
and in case of no-show 100% of the total amount of
the stay will be charged on your credit card.
