Breathtaking views over Barcelona's glittering marina and its direct proximity to the beach, are both pivotal to this central apartment's glitz-glam personality.
The modern room overlooking the harbour are decked out in fresh-white decor and marble flooring, with snazzy grey touches in artworks and its soft luxe fittings.
Ceiling-to-floor windows stretching the length of this space provide the fabulous marina view, with doors onto the sunny terrace of 6sqms, completely furnished to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. A dining suite consists of table and seating for 4 persons. In the lounge, two single sofa beds. Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the modern kitchen is also equipped with drier, washing machine, microwave. The apartment is also equipped with centralized A/C or heating, internet WIFI.

We will debit 20% of the total price to confirm reservation, the remaining 80% are due cash at arrival + 300€ security deposit only on VISA and mastercard. The deposit will be reversed whitihin three working days after your leave if there is no major damage in the apartment. If you cancel less the 30 days before arrival or in case of no show, we will debit the total amount of reservation.

price of stay, this amount is not refundable.
The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when
you check in.
If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival , or in case of no show, you will
be charged 100%.
