Surrounded by lemon and olive groves, the house all looks right onto the sea, and from the large terraces you can enjoy a 180 degree view of the coast in complete tranquility, which only serves to accentuate the beauty of the natural surroundings. You go down through a rugged, rocky coastline via rustic stone steps leading to different levels below the villa—to the loggia,Jacuzzi tub, sea view sauna, and outdoor gym. A secluded path, passing stone grottos and private patios overlooking the sea, leads to a private platform – equipped with beach beds and shaded areas - and to a dock. From Here it is possible to reach a pebbly beach by a private gate.
From the private platform by the sea or from the beach it is possible to reach the two restaurants on the near S.Croce beach by a their own free boat service.
At Villa Santa Maria it is possible to arrange exclusive and intimate wedding receptions or special events.
