Old Town Apartments - Warsaw

Everything is wonderful, but there was a problem with the population - we arrived late and the reception desk was not working (as we did not warn anyone.) Also, we were not warned that the place where the reception and the place we live is not the same thing. I had to wait half an hour when people come and help us to settle.

The apartment is great, the location is great, the service level at the rental office is great. Sadly, I wouldn´t recommend this place because of the noise (except in the winter when you can keep the windows closed). It´s in the middle of the Old Town,which should be great, but that also means there are a lot of noise outside both at night and early morning. And there is no airconditioning, so the windows have to be kept open. So if you don´t mind noise, stay here, everything else is super!

Extremely good location, 2-5 minutes to everything needed. Area is spectacular for sightseeing and restaurants. Great choice for 2-3-4 day visit, walking around area shows great attention to cleanliness and safety.

Stayed here a week - great surroundings, and comfortable rooms. And warm enough.

Location was fun, overlooking the Old Town Square. Everything worked well in the apartment. Groceries available nearby. Good location for walking around. Many stairs to climb to the apartment. Doors did not close in bathroom and water in the shower spilled onto the floor. Overall, we liked our stay.

I booked this because of other people's comments about the apartments and I wasn't disappointed. It was a very nice apartment, very convenient for everything, and much more pleasant than staying in a hotel, as well as being cheaper. I was very pleased.

We had a really lovely, clean & spacious apartment, just round the corner from the town square. Obviously apartments differ, but overall it was excellent value & brilliant situation; we would return. Entrance to the office is up the stairs of the building in the square (we loitered for a while, not over sure where the office was)

This is an excellent and spacious one bed appartment for two, right in the heart of the old city, modernised and very well equiped - dont be put off by 'old' stairs and hall-way - thoroughly recommended

It was a really comfortable and homy appartment. It was located right in the center of the old town, right in the middle of all turistic places. And it was really quiet at night. Very advisable

L'appartamento che ci è stato dato a noi è quello situato in Ulica Piekarska, 4 - interno n. 14. E' veramente bello! Super accessoriato, ristrutturato e moderno! Siamo stati veramente bene e proprio contenti! Lo consiglio a tutti assolutamente!! L'unico piccolo neo è rappresentato da tutta una serie di lavori di ristrutturazione nelle scale che non ci erano stati comunicati. Perciò tutto il palazzo era pieno di polvere, compreso l'ingresso del nostro appartamento. Ma ad ogni modo non possiamo che consigliarlo!

The accommodation far surpassed my expectation. It was spotlessly clean, in a quiet location with good ammeneties. Also it was pretty close to the description given in the webpage.

The location of the apartments cannot be beaten. They are very central and staying in the old town is so atmospheric. The decor is very comfortable. There are large amounts of eating options close by. The apartment we stayed in was near the old city walls though, and one unfortunate thing was that a number of local people use that as a place to congregate and drink. So we had them singing outside our house until 4am on the Friday night. We stayed for three nights and the Friday night was badly affected, the Saturday night partially affected and the Sunday night was quiet. The company offers good service and I recommend using the Merc taxi pick up service they offer. Prices for the room were quoted as USD80 on this site, although the room rate was levied in Euros and stated by the company that it always should have been in Euros (ie: EUR80, so some 17% more than USD80 based on exchange rates at the time)
