Vienna Comfort Apartments - Vienna

This hotel / apartment was dirty, poorly furnished, unpleasant, unwelcoming. It was clear that no effort has been put into the upkeep of the property. It was also very noisy (from the street and within the building). Whilst the room was large, it lacked warmth and was neglected. The bed was awful! Uncomfortable mattress, bed linen was not fresh, curtains were off the rail. And the TV did not work, despite reporting it to the staff. I couldn't wait to leave!

Great location, great service. But try to get a room to the back of the building (no appartment). I had an appartment and all of them are located to "Alserstrasse". There is a tram line and its rather noisy. Otherwise I only can recommend.

Unit had a kitchen and an ideal location: grocery store 1 block away, bus 1 block away and underground a 5-minute ride. Included a tea water heater, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, even a clothesline in the bathroom. Spacious unit with good bed and roomy bathroom. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Only complaint was a squeaky floor in the unit. I would definitely stay there again if we return to Vienna.

Too much noise when you open the window. the room is very large and well equipt.

We were 3 so we stayed at the executive room which was really good.Clean,spacious,very very big bathroom, kitchen, TV, Hi-fi,... The rooms are next to the university campus and a few minutes walking from the metro(rathaus station).Outside the hotel there is a tram station.For us, it was the best choice we could have make.The only "inconvienient" was that it was a bit noisy because the room had view at the street.

A fine stay here. Within walking distance of the center if you like to walk. Tram line to center directly in front of building. Both good and bad: noise vs convenience.

In reception the staff were more than helpful and the internet was efficient and fast. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, kitchen facilities were adequate, the bathroom (in the executive apt) was luxurious and we had privacy. The location was excellent: within walking distance to the museums, Freud's house, shops and a few excellent restaurants. However, as Vienna Comfort Apartments is on a main road the noise from the traffic was irritating at times. Nevertheless we were very pleased with the apartment.

It was a very nice holiday unfortunately only for 3 days. Suite was very clean and roomy. The Personal was very helpful and nicy. Tranfer from Airport no Problem with S and U Line. For 3 days better by a Weekend Ticket. It´s cheaper as to drive with CAT train. S Stop in Front of the Building. Supermarket and Baker max. 2 min. to go. If we travel to Vienna again we come back to this hotel!!

We were very impressed with our apartment and thought it was extremely good value. It was clean and nicely furnished. It was a short walk from Alser Strasse station and only about 20 minutes walk from the city centre, making it well placed for visiting anywhere in the city. I would definitely recommend the Vienna Comfort apartments.

They double booked us in the superior room so we had to move. Herr Wingert the owner was particularly unhelpful and rude, though,.The young lady on the evening shift was very helpful in spite of the owner. The apartments are very nice and well equipped.........just try not to deal with Herr Wingert.

A large, very clean & comfortable room.

Very well located. 2 tram stops from the Rauthaus. The Executive suite is very spacious and nicely decorated. Located opposite the university campus where nice restaurants with excellent food were located.

We had an apartment ratherthan a room. It was very clean and well appointed. Only problem was the noise from the road out front and it was overheated. When we opened the window we were drowned by the noise

Excellent Situation in Wien (15 minuts to go to the Center) Better than a bedroom in a Hotel

The apartment was spacious, very clean and excellent value for money. The facilities provided, particularly the kitchen, cooking utensils and crockery was excellent and self catering was a viable option with the handy location of several supermarkets and other food supplies. The apartments were within easy walking distance of the main sights but also had the convenience of the light rail system at the front door. I would highly recommend the Vienna Comfort apartments to anyone visiting Vienna and would stay there again without hesitation.

The apartments at Vienna Comfort are very nice, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and thankfully, spoke English. When I return to Vienna I will stay there once again. KC
