Great escape from high prices in the centre of Vienna. Big beautiful, clean rooms and only a 20-25min scenic tram ride to the center. Tram comes every 15min and runs till late. Owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant across the road is also great!

The rooms were very spacious but needing a facelift. The manager was very helpful indeed. It is a bit far from Vienna central, about 25 minutes by tram to the Opera House. It was not what I expected from the photograph.

Amazingly spacious flat in a quiet residential area of Vienna, with a tram stop at the door and frequent trams departing to the centre. Highly recommended.

I will definitely stay at this hotel in the future. Very clean and perfect location. The breakfast was superb and the friendliness of the staff was unimaginable. I have nothing bad to say about this place other than the 2nd bed was a sofa and not an actual bed.

Very nice location: quiet, plenty of free parking places; several restaurants and cheap Heuringen in the nearby. We had a nice walk in the nearby, where there are trees and nice houses,. The Tram in front of the appartement is rather frequent also in night hours and goes directly to the city center, passing near to the Karl Marx Hof (a masterpiece of architecture; here there is a connection to the underground, with trains passing every 2-3 minutes), the house of Parliament, the Kunsthystorische Museum, the Opera house... I'd warmly recommend it. The house is clean, with sunny rooms, there are also facilities for washing and ironing. The landlady is very nice; she waited for us until late in the evening when we arrived. I was travelling to attend a medical congress , while my husband and children were on vacation: the arrangement was wonderful for both: it took just half an hour to me to go to the Messe Wien near the Prater (thanks to quick connection by tram and underground), while my family visited the center of Wien. By car (but also by public transports) it's very easy to reach the vineyard hills in the nearby.

We stayed in this lovely refurbished apartment for a week in mid-June and we can confirm previous comments – the apartment is great! Despite the hot weather, the apartment was always cool and fresh – no need for airconditioning! The location is handy, with the final stop of the D tram across the road and a discount supermarket just a short walk down the road. Keen walkers can wander up to the Vienna woods, to Kahlenburg and Leopoldsburg. Just a little comment for those who plan to go back and forth from the apartment into town throughout the day, especially in summer to go home and refresh then go out again, it takes longer than 15 minutes to get to the centre of town via tram, more like 25-30 minutes (although the tram ride itself is a good way to see the city).

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. The owner of the apartment was very kind and she was very helpful for information about the city and the mean of transport. The position was very good because it was very near to the tram stop and by the tram D we can reach the centre of Vienna in about 15 minutes.
