700 m zum Ring Appartement-Pension (MR-Hotels-Wien) - Vienna

15 min slow walk to a metro/bus station. Very quite place, with no noise at all. very clean, ideal for who want to make some meals inside, and save some extra money in a very expansive city. for who decide to use bike (very nice choice to viena), have a stop-spot 100m.

Location of the hotel was really good - less than 30 minutes of slow promenade to some of the main Vienna attractions - Rathaus, Parliament, a little bit more, but still easily reachable - Stephansdom and its surroundings. Very close to tram station and pretty close to U-bahn station Schottentor. Rooms also were pretty nice - we stayed in a rather spacious 2-rooms apartment with small kitchen equipped with dishwasher and bathroom with shower and washing machine. I wish I could've stayed there much longer than 2 days, as long as there was everything you can need during your pretty long stay in Vienna, especially with kids. What I didn't like a little bit: - there is no elevator in a building and spiral stairs are pretty narrow, so if you need to go to the third floor with large suitcases and/or stroller, that might be pretty tricky - there's an evident lack of information to customers. It took me a day to realize that there is a Wi-Fi connection in the hotel and I had to specifically call a hotel owner/administrator (there is no dedicated reception desk in the hotel) to ask for the network key. Same for the phone number in the room. Why haven’t they printed this information and placed in the room – the great question I do have, so this is just a friendly advice to the owners/administrators – print all this information (wi-fi key, phone number in the room, internal phone number of the administrator to ask for assistance etc.) and put it on a wall in the apartment, your customers will thank you for this :-) What I really liked: - location (very convenient) - all necessary room facilities available (very convenient if you travel with little kids) - very welcoming staff in terms of fulfilling requests – I had an excellent baby cot provided for me for free and waiting for me in the room - spaciousness of rooms - great value for money

Excellent apartments with a wide set of the additional equipment. On kitchen there is everything that is necessary for residing and even the washing machine. The hotel very much was pleasant, is close from the center and the basic sights. In hotel there is no reception, keys have received and have left in a box. I will recommend to hotels to the acquaintances!

Quiet location, close to public transport, parking available on site, free wifi and not far from major attractions.

The appartment was nice and quite big for two people. It is clean and it is well-located. We were quite disappointed at our arrival beacuse in the description of the appartment was written that the parking for the car was included in the price, instead the employee told us that it was not. We should have paid for it, but unfortunately there was no place (there was just for 1 night but we needed it for 3 nights). We were obliged to put the car in a public garage paying 24 Euros per day. The description of the appartment should specify this. We chose this appartment in order to save money, but then we paid 72 Euro for the parking so...

About 15 mins slow walk from the main sights. Bins collected Monday and Friday at around 6am - very noisy. Basic accomodation but very clean and about as cheap as you can get in vienna (unless you want to sleep in a bin).

We were 4 to take the appertement. the room dimension was a litle bit small. and as we were on the roof, the appartement looks smaller. other than that, it's close to the down town and 4 min walking from a metro station

Really a nice stay... sometimes breakafast arrives a bit too late and one day our room hasn't been cleaned!! but nice place, in a quiet and pleasant aera, close to city center!!

Generally, I loved my stay at 700 m zum Ring Appartement-Pension: it's conveniently placed, clean and pretty quiet. Sine I had no need for public areas, such as lobby, cafe/canteen, etc., I didn't find their absence disturbing. This might be a downside for other travellers, but for those who just want a nice room with good facilities and modest but tasty breakfast, it's just the right place.

Appartment was dearty as well as bathroom a lot of dust and hair on the floor. Only bed linen and towels were fresh. Vaccuum cleaner was forgotten!! Otherwise location is fine
