Very good but a little small for couple with 2 childrens, ok for 3 persons. Very well equipped. Metro at 2 min to reach downtown very easily. Shops at 3 min. Some noise Saturday evening but quiet the other days. Clean, well isolated, with a lot of place to store clothing. Bed very large. You won’t find better quality / price ratio in Vienna.

Our families stayed at 2 apartments (2 adults and a kid and 2 adults). Our apartment was not renovated compare to the apartment where my in-law stayed. I would definitely prefer to stay in renovated one, but our was OK also. The apartments are not big, but we spent most of the time in outside, so it did not bother us. We had washing machine and internet. My in-laws said they really preferred to have a phone also, so they can call ambulance if something happen. We usually walked to subway, delaying at the playground for a little bit. The apartment is just 3 stops away from center. We usually took a taxi (7-10 euro) on our way back because we were returning late. The big park Prater near by is must to go for a half of a day if you have kids. We missed our flight and arrived in the middle of the night at 2 am. Johanna's friend Peter (Johanna was out of town) waited for us, walked as to the ATM because we had no cash on us and explained everything about the area. Peter thank you a lot! Overall expression is really good. It is hard to satisfy my mother-in-law, but even she was happy in their clean apartment.

Upon arrival, we were unpleasanly surprised by the apartment and the building itself. From the inside the apartment looked like a hostel or a place where the poor people reside. The apartment was TINY for 2 adults and 2 kids. I never saw such a thing- looked like a box divided for multy purpose spaces- a tiny box for shower, another one for toilet and kitchennette. Although the kitchennette was fully equipped, it was hard for two people to be there at the same time. The shower almost never had hot water. The Billa supermarket is close. The subway is 3 stops by tram away- not very convenient, but OK. They are constructing another metro station not fram from the house though. Maybe soon it will be open. Another unpleasent moment that we disliked a lot- bed lined was mnot fresh, it had someone's hair all over. It was disgusting,so we put our blanket on the top of it, luckily we had one with us. Overall, I would not recommend this place to families, only to single travelers or young couples without high expectations. The price is OK for Vienna, I guess. Another thing- the picture on venere site do not fully correspond to the property- the same carpet and shabby style, but the space is much smaller than what pictured. The host and welcome was all right though.

Was very disappointed with the check-in. Instructed to remind owner through email 2 days ahead and call her at airport. Did that and still have to wait outside the cold for more than an hour for her to reply and finally check-in. Not only this, we have to climb 4 storeys high with our suitcases because the lift was spoilt. This is not a serviced apartment- no one came during our 5 nights stay to like clear rubbish or clean the apartment. Other than these unpleasantness, overall the apartment is well equipped and quiet. The location is ok.

We had a great time in Vienna at City Apartment Stuwerstraße; the apartment was large and the location was convenient to the Prater. It took us a few tries to figure out how to get the heat on, but everyone was very helpful throughout our entire stay.

The price quoted on the web was 125E less than the amount requested to be paid in cash on arrival when the request was confirmed by telephone. However, the value for the price was tremendous and the price was still much lower than any ensuite double on the web. This was a very large ensuite double with a full but small kitchen, a washing machine and a location very close to a principal transportation center. There was also a pullout sofa which would accommodate two more people or children. The very nice young woman who met us at the apartment to give us the keys pointed out the supermarket at the end of the street and told us how to get to the tram and subway stations. We found in the morning that we were very close to all the transportation options we would need. We took a cab to the apartment, and I would recommend that, especially if arriving at night. The area is residential and hard to find initially. The area looks rough, but is close to the Vienna children's fair and wheel, and is perfectly safe. This was one of the many pleasant surprises we had in Vienna. We wished we had booked it for longer.

Ms. Joanna Bauer was an excellent hostess. She took the time to explain everything in the apartment and to familiarize us with the neighborhood. She explained the public transit system to us and furnished a city map and guidebooks for our use. She accompanied me to the garage which was available to make sure I was comfortable with the entry and exit procedures. All the members of my family were impressed with Joanna's friendly demeanor and her willingness to make certain that we had an enjoyable visit to Vienna. The residents in the other apartments were friendly and quiet.

We were a three minute tram ride from the city center. The apartment was spacious and clean. The landlady, Mrs. Aigner, brought us flowers, chocolates and bread as a welcoming /departing gift which was very nice. It was so nice to have a kitchen as well. I would totally recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna. Great value three minutes from the city center.

Regretably, our stay was spoiled by work to renew the gas pipes in the building which meant that we lost the ability to cook and all hot water after one day. The hallway outside our apartment was a building site and the plastic sheeting over the door failed to keep out all the brick dust. However, the owner was not at fault because this was emergency work which could not have been predicted. She quickly offered to move us to another property or to refund part of our rent for the week.

The property was quite good, but the surroundings were not very good and there was a lot of distance from the city.
