In case you fail to do it YOU WILL BE CHARGED €100.00 and you have to wait for the first hostYou may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

This is an ideal place to stay in Venice. It is close to the Arsenale boat stop, within 10 minutes walk of St Mark's Square, yet just on the outskirts of all of the very busy (and expensive) area. Via Garabaldi is very handy for food shops and a very good choice of reasonably priced restaurants. The balcony/terrace is an absolute gem with plenty of room for sitting outside - and has a lovely view over the canal and towards the lagoon. The meeting arrangements for the key worked perfectly and the apartment had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Marina apartment is composed by a living room with cooking area, fridge, armchair with television and DVD player, sliding door leading to the night area with double bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and laundry room with washing machine.The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning and Internet wireless.
Included/Not Included in the price
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Linen and towels when arriving, initial an final cleaning, use of water, gas and electricity are included in the price. Breakfast is not included. Security deposit costs €450,00. The security deposit can be paid by credit card or by Euro-cheques. After your departure the deposit might be kept until the apartment has been checked, to ascertain that there are no damages or losses.
