Came for a long weekend: 2 adults with 4 teenager girls. Very friendly and helpful staff, good quality of the apartments, very good pool area, 10 min walk to the water bus terminal - we were happy to have chosen this location compared to some of the hotels we have seen - will stay here again if we come back.

What a lovely hotel! having the convenience of your own kitchen and roof terrace makes a perfect environment for a private breakfast or romantic dinner. The beach is lovely and literally just across the street. The pool is amazing and very relaxing. Rooms very with nice and tasteful interior and comfy beds - great to have a daily towel and cleaning service in your own appartment. Good restaurants nearby, too. We staid for our honeymoon and I can only recommend this place highly to any couples that want to spend a romantic holiday - very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to Venice too.

This was my second time to stay here and I love the quality and quiet of the place. To have a pool in venice is so fantastic. Since you have a kitchen you can take advantage of the wonderful markets nearby. You can also bike or walk along the nearby sculpture lined promanade by the sea.

Pretty new, quiet & well safeguarded location (fenced area with video surveillance) which allows privateness; friendly and pro-active staff; in each case about or less than 5 minutes by foot to foot ferry (which leaves every 10 minutes), restaurants, supermarket or beach

This hotel is a luxury for the price. It's large rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast (which is included) are more than worth what we paid. The Residence exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint is after you exit the waterbus you could have mentioned that you can ride Bus V exiting a block from the hotel. We got off the waterbus and had to ask which way to go to the hotel and got 3 different answers.

The hotel was great with respect to proximity to beach and the pool area...especially if you want a day or two to relax outside hustle and bustle of Venice (proper)....just thought a little out of way to go back and forth to St. Marks square - IF you plan on doing that alot, I would suggest staying on main Venice. Bus outside hotel takes you to the ferries - so that was convenient if you are with someone who can't do the 10 min walk. I was told I would have to pay to stay on beach that is directly in front of hotel (worker at beach told me this)...but pool area was very nice and peaceful so it wasn't necessary. Wish the Jacuzzi was heated!!!!

We booked a two bedroom apartment with another couple. The second bedroom was much smaller than the master bedroom and the beds lower (but the management was kind to remake the twin beds into a single, king arrangement. Since there were two baths, the accommodation worked out fine for our three day stay. The small kitchenette and living room gave us some common space to hang out in together. There was a nice little patio with table and chairs that we used to dine in one evening. The pool was lovely. We would highly recommend staying on the Lido as opposed to mainland Venice. It has a resort-like feel with the beach and many nice hotels, restaurants, groceries and shops. The continental breakfast was ok but nothing special. You can walk from the vaporetto stop to the apartments if you have wheeled luggage.

Should mention that sat tv is a payable extra, also the beach access/loungers but those are small complaints in an overall excellent stay. Good to be away from the madness of the city.

The accomodation was exceptional. The unit was very spacious and the kitchen unit was useful for snacks and meals. We were very impressed with the lack of noise and the proximity to the beach. The apartment is on the quieter side of Lido. This is an excellent choice for families: it includes a wonderful pool, which was being prepared for the tourist season as we were leaving. The property is immaculate.

We stayed for 9 nights at the end of September. Staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel - especially when you compare what you get in Venice for this money.
