ALL IN ALL THE PLACE IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE. Appartment is clean and friendly at first look but there are some problems: Warm water did not work and could not be fixed the same day. The next day a guy showed us how to fiddle about the boiler and make it run - we had to do this several times on our own because it broke down again. The walls are paper thin - you wake up because your neighbour has to cough and you nearly understand him talking - no good thing. The location ist close to the end of venice which is a nice quarter but you have to walk a lot to get into the main places. Then, some ugly damage was in a wall in the bathroom which did not look nice. Windows in the sleeping room can not be opened, so no fresh air there. At last, if you whish to cook for yourself: forget about it, as you will find only very poor instruments and no oven. All in all we were not very happy, especially when you think about the price.
