Low ceilings, musty smell, extremely uncomfortable beds, crowded tiny rooms, we hated this place. It has no charm, and the transport to and from arrival consists of you buying a $5 vaporetto ticket for each person each way. Towel ring fell off the wall, the armoire handles fell off, and no map was provided to find your way back to the apartment. The owner was rude.

A tiny but comfortable apartment. Delightfully positioned on a very quiet back street. Remind the owners to put the heat on a few hours before arriving in the winter. Very nice managers, trusting and friendly.

The overall experience was poor. The representative met us as agreed and on time ang took us to the appartment mid evening. We normally expect a small welcome pack especiall as the escort service was a separate charge. We were informed the shops would be closed. We were informed that as other tourists had caused damage there was a deposit and that this would not be returned if the appartment ( fridge dishwasher and general area) had not been cleaned. Cleaning is not normally done by guests. We discovered the next morning the hot water system did not work. We reported it, it was not fixed and no one came to the appartment to try. The TV was blocked so we could not use this either. Fiammetta our representatative offered no suitable explanation for the poor service she returned our deposit and left.
