Vacation Rental Ca' Diamante - Venice

Our communication with the owner of Ca' Diamante, Nadia, prior to our arrival was fantastic. My husband and I arrived at Venice train station and Nadia was waiting on the platform to welcome us and walk us to the accommodation which took about 10 minutes. The apartment was perfect,on a quiet canal and fully self contained, except for laundry facilities. Nadia was so friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain the facilities in the apartment and show us a map of Venice and mark where places were, including the local supermarket. During our stay, she emailed us to check that everything was ok, which it was. This was a delightful, relaxing 3 day stay and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The lady whom we corresponded with, Nadia, met us at the station which was good as the walk took about 15 minutes and as it was our first time to Venice, we would not have found the house as easily. Nadia was quite friendly and efficient. Our toilet could not flush and she managed to fix it on the same day. She was also very responsive, answering her cell promptly. The apartment was clean and cosy. My only comment was it would have been nice if there were instant coffee packets and sugar sachets as the bottled coffee was hardened and the sugar in the jar looked suspicious. Other than these, we had a nice welcoming gift of white wine and the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks Nadia for making our stay in Venice memorable.

We had an excellent time at Ca'Diamante.We were met at the bus stance by the owners who were very welcoming and,as other reviewers said,made us feel like we were special guests.As we arrived very late in the evening we were pleased to find a welcome pack of milk,bread, wine etc.on our arrival.Nothing was too much trouble for Ms Alberti and we look forward to returning and would recommend it to anyone.

Bedrooms and main bathroom were a very good size. There was not an adequate space for the five of us to relax together in the evening. A washing machine and oven would have been useful. The peaceful surroundings allowed us to have restful sleep but the bathroom pump was a bit noisy. Nadia was very friendly and welcoming and made our first impression of Venice a good one and we would certainly visit again.

This place was a real gem! Nadia met us at the car park and helped us with our bags to the apartment, she was great! The place itself was spacious and clean, great for a family with young children. My only suggestion would be to put better photos on the website as the site does not do the apartment justice. Would highly recommend for families

Nadia, owner of the appartment, makes you feel as if she invited you and you were her special guest. Really! The appartment is in a very quiet canal but very close (couple of blocks)to a very busy and alive street, full of restaurants. Also there are a few food stores, also close and a supermarket not far! Very close to the train station but a little far to walk "everyday" to San Marco area. If you take the vaporetto, problem is solved! I hope I go back to Venice, and sure will look for Nadia as if she was and old friend

we were a group of 4 students and we would definitely recommend this apartment to any category of people (couples friends students...)the place is superb and the locations is within walking distance to any place of attraction it suits all type of people with low medium or even high budget... The place was completely silent and clean and we really loved our stay. The apartment host also is really nice and helpful.

Maria was fabulous in getting us where we dropped off the car and took us to the apartment. Received a warm welcome and the apartment had everything we needed. Will stay again.
