CA’BIENNALE consists of a kitchen decorated in country style, a small sitting area with sofa bed, a spacious room with double bed and wardrobe, a large bathroom with shower.
CA'GIARDINI is a 60sqm recently renovated luminous apartment situated at the first floor, with an independent front door, and can host up to 4 people. Once entered, you will find a room to store bulky objects (luggage, pushchairs, etc.). After having climbed the small stairs, the house opens up to a cosy living room with typical wooden beam ceiling and natural wood floor, with a fully equipped kitchen. A small access corridor connects you to the bathroom and to the double bedroom. In front of the kitchen there is a pretty lounge area with a sofa bed, which can be utilized as a second bedroom.
The apartment is furnished with: air conditioning, wall heating system, bath shower, microwave oven, washing machine, television, hi-fi, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, cot and child's chair.
CA'GRIFONI is a beautiful apartment with exposed beams composed of a beautiful and spacious living room with 4 windows that overlook the famous and picturesque Via Garibaldi, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, double bedroom, second bedroom with a double comfortable sofa bed, large bathroom with shower: it can accommodate up to 4 people. CA'GRIFONI is fully furnished, with heating, air conditioning, LCD TV, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.

Included/Not Included in the price

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE The flat is autonomous heated. Tv, Utilities, crockery, final cleaning: included. Bed linen/towels are not included. Are available on request at a cost of 10 euro each person.

The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out.

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.5 per person, per night for guests 16 and older and EUR 0.75 per person, per night for guests aged 10-15 years old. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City. Further exemptions may apply, subject to submission of proper documents to the property, to patients, their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties. The tax only applies to the first 5 nights of a stay, and is collected at the property in cash. 50% reduction applies for 2011: from 1 November to 4 December and 12 to 22 December and for 2012: from 9 January to 3 February, 23 February to 31 March, 1 November to 2 December and 10 to 22 December.
