Residence Palazzo Odoni - Venice

Well located, clouse to the train station and bus stop, the room is very cozy, big enough, very clean. Perfect place to stay!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay for two nights in early August at Residence Palazzo Odoni. The apartment was very spaciously, clean, well appointed, and welcoming. Perfect if you are a family traveling to Venice and you need a convenient and quiet location on one of the small canals. We also had two excellent breakfasts and one dinner at the restaurant recommended just down the street. Finally, we appreciated the trip to Murano with a private water taxi just for us, glass blowing demonstration, and tour of the glass shop arranged by our Hosts.

An excellent location and property. Our luxurious apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and very clean and well appointed. The AC was a great welcome at the end of the day. Truly a fantastic stay in Venice! The owner was very helpful. We could not have stayed in a better accomodation. Thank you for everything!

A fabulous place to stay. Full of character and lovely rooms. Excellent location if arriving on bus from Marco Polo airport. Easy access to water buses. Staff very helpful.

Excellent Hotel, good location, comfortable and clean. There were so many stairs so if you decide to go there, don't take heavy lugagge. We enjoyed our stay here.

location, location, location....well appointed rooms, facilities.... in close proximity to everything in Venice-water or street wise. You can't beat a palazzo on the canal.

The hotel is near to the carpark (only 3 min walk). The garden of the hotel is nice. The room is spacious but the bathtub has no curtain and with no floor drain so the floor of the bathroom will got wet after shower. Internet or wi-fi is not available. Other than that we satisfy with the hotel. By the way, Venice is really a nice place to wander around. Much better than Miland & Florence.

Our stay in this place was fine except one unpleasant thing: someone stole 200 Euro from the safe. We left the keys to the hotel in order to let them clean the room. But when we came back, the money was gone. This is really rediculous! The owner promised to work on this issue and let us know what they found out.

The price quoted from the Venere.com is way over the price that's listed on Residence Palazzo Odoni's own website, was like 30% more. The service at the residence was poor, we got help for our luaggues when we checked in but when check out, the other guy just turn away from us, pretend he didn't see it. consider i'm a female travelling with my 58yr old mom with three luggages and need to walk down the two floor stairs. This really made us feel the residence has no service intention at all. Apart from that, the apartment we got is spacious and good.

All in all, we really enjoyed the apartment - it was very spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. Pro: It is close to the train station and supermarket and the beginning of the vaparetto ride. Nice apartment, spacious and quiet; Con: It did not have a safe. The location was a bit far from St. Marks Square - about 30 minute walk. While the general manager who we met the next day was very welcoming and warm, the person we saw the night before was somewhat cool and did not seem to feel comfortable with his role. Also, I had requested new year's eve dinner suggestions but did not receive any suggestions from them.

San Marcos no está cerca, pero en Venecia no hay grandes distancias y pasear es un placer. Además para nosotros fue un alivio no estar permanentemente rodeados de turistas y disfrutar de alguna manera de una Venecia más auténtica. Muy cerca del hotel está la universidad y la plaza de Sta Margarita donde se puede comprar comida en el mercado al aire libre o en el supermercado a precios normales (no de turista. También hay barcas con fruta, todo encantador... El apartamento está perfectamente equipado para hacer comidas, que en el caso de familias con niños es una gran ventaja. Nuestra habitación daba al canal y teníamos el sabor de Venecia pero sin sus aglomeraciones.

The apartment hotel didn't have their own staff. The peolpe who helped us were the staff of the other guest rooms that are in the same building. There were so many stairs so if you decide to go there, don't take heavy lugagge.

Excelente ubicación para los que llegamos en carro a Venecia y excelente el departamento para 4 personas que pagamos con vista a los canales. Un detalle a mejorar: deben avisar al huésped cuando llega que para tener desayuno deben avisar el día anterior que lo desean.

Very confortable and nice place. I stayed in a really big apartment, excellent for groups and families. It isn't the cheapest of Venice, but I would return.

Our stay at Palazzo Odoni was enchanting and beautifully set. We could not have found a better place to be in Venice. Our apartment gave us plenty of room to feel like it was our own home away from home except we were in a 13th century palace. Michele is charming and enthusiastic who blessed us with an exceptional stay right on the canal. Waking up in the mornings and opening up your windows to the sounds of Venice was what we were looking to capture and we did here. If we were to do this all over again it would start here at Palazzo Odoni. Blessings to you Michele. Thanks for everything! It was the perfect start to our honeymoon.

We are boomers visitng Venice for the Regata Storica. The residence was very easy to find and a short walk from the train station. We entered into a lovely courtyard that we regret we didn't have time to enjoy. The owner came down the stairs to greet us and helped us with our bags. We paid 9 euros each extra for breakfast, which included meats, cheeses and eggs as well as the usual italian fare. Our apartment was spotless and spacious - we intend to come back for a longer stay.

Encantador palacio del siglo XV, acondicionado como hotel y aparthotel con un gran gusto en la decoración y los detalles. Estuvimos en un apartamento para 5 personas con vistas a un canal por 240 euros/día (Excelente relación calidad-precio). Todo exterior, dos habitaciones dobles, dos baños con jacuzzi, impresionante salón y cocina-comedor independiente; hasta el sofá-cama del salón se integra perfectamente en el ambiente de época que da el mobiliario antiguo perfectamente conservado. Nos pareció mucho más bonito de lo que figuraba en las fotos de Venere. Quedamos encantados, supongo que también influyó lo preciosa que es Venecia. Absolutamente recomendable.

A lovely and very convenient place to stay, for us. We were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment was much bigger than we thought it was going to be. Lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean. The only improvment would be for palazzo Odoni to provide tea and coffee for guests. it would cost hardly anything but would be a nice touch, as you dont get breakfast in the price. Please note that there are 2 flights of steep stairs to get to reception and then there may be further stairs to parts of your apartment
