If you are looking for a quiet place, choose Malamocco ... the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful.

Awesome place. Very luxurious! Spacious, quiet, great breakfast, very clean, well docorated, period style property. The male member of staff who helped us was unbelievably helpful, from putting breakfast out earlier just for us to putting a heater on in our room whilst we were out. One problem was Lido, not much going on in February there. But, we found a restaurant a bus journey away. The biggest problem was when I went to pay the bill...the hotel do not accept debit cards?! This needs to be clearer on their website. I'd go back. Good place. Just a bit far out.

very nice rooms, but unfortunately we had to wait for our keys for about 45 minutes and the same happened during check out. and we had some diffficulties finding the hotel... but generally speaking we`d recommend this hotel if the service could be improved.

This hotel is very commend. The ambience of this hotel is excellent. Wonderful old furniture, all rooms were very spotlessly clean, the service was also good.

I was looking to give my american guests a taste of a nice looking ancient manor house and Ca' del Borgo hotel was perfect. It doesn't look very nice from the outside and the little village where is located is very poor looking but when I step inside the hotel shows all the magnificent look of an ancient noble residence. the rooms are very nice and spacious with a reasonable technology (satelite TV and ADSL internet connections). of course there is no elevator but this is not a negative quality. the waiter was very kind and willing to acomplish our requests even though he hadn't a good familiarity with the hotel itself. check-out requires to wait for a fax from the sister hotel located downtow lido and it should be faster and better set up.

The hotel was very nice, accomodating and friendly and located on the peaceful island of Lido. Only a water bus ride away from the bustling streets of Venice! and bus stops right in the near proximity of the hotel making transfers to and from Venice and the water bus stops very accesible. The hotel itself is antique style and has antique furniture, making it very cosy romantic, perfect for the romantic city of Venice!
