Our experience was excellent at this apartment! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient. The apartment was a very reasonable size for the price, and many of the amenities (fitness center, cleaning service) were "hotel-like," making for a comfortable stay.

this serviced apartment would be suitable for young families traveling on a budget The apartments are large and the price is reasonable However...it is very noisy as there is little insulation between apartments The breakfast is very limited and everything is supermarket...ie cereal etc The location is not the best...about half hour walk to centre of city The facilities...ie gym is useable but not good quality equipment for the most part The staff are mixed...some more helpful than others

Excellent place with kitchen, living room, bedroom, dressing room and bath. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location is not in the center of town but a few minutes away by taxi or bus. Lovely public park next door by the river makes for a walks.

We stayed 7 days. The rooms were large, pleasant, what you see online is exactly what you get. We loved the residence and would recommend highly, especially for business and families.

Offering 76 apartments, the DUPARC Contemporary Suites will meet all of your accommodation needs. You can choose from Apartment for 2 persons featuring a surface area of 45-square-metres (484-square-feet) or with a surface area of 60-square-metres (645-square-feet). The Apartments with a surface area of 80-square-metres (861-square-feet) are ideal for 3 persons, but if you need more space, you can book the apartment of 120-square-metres (1292-square-feet), ideal for a quadruple occupancy.The apartments are elegantly furnished and decorated with contemporary artworks. All of the accommodations feature a fully equipped kitchen or kitchen corner, lounge area, one or more bedrooms (the apartments of 80 m² and 120 m² have 2 bedrooms) and 1, 2 or 3 bathrooms (the apartments of 80 m² have 2 bathrooms; the apartments of 120 m² have 3 bathrooms) with shower and/or bathtub.
