Simple things that are missing: toilet paper, paper bin in the room or in the toilet (no paper bin at all), a mat when going out of the shower and above all: the shower was not cleaned and the water was not evacuating correctly... Simple things but important things...

The cooking(kitchen) is not enough equipped. A poèle, a EU sieve is missing, one microwaves. Furthermore, the shower-room is cramped.

The worst hotel I ever saw. The room is very small, equipment very poor. I found much better and much cheaper in Strasbourg

I've asked for a quiet room, when I booked (2 month ago) , last floor, away from lifts and stairwyas; I had a room onthe 1st floor, view on the parking lot, next to the lift... "Kitchen" was in an 'blind room',pretty shady, no oven nor microwaves, 2 half broken plates (not even similar), one glass, one fork, one spoon, one knife, one pan, that's all, fridge frozen , no lighting, one worn thin towel, small soap, no toilet broom. bed was soft. sleeping room was ok , tv, wardrobe, moving shutters . regarding other hotels in Strasbourg, for this price ( this was a special offer, but nothing specified that the quality of the room was discounted too ! price was 49, normal rate was 70...)cap europe was ok, clean, new, space in the room, bathroom inside. usaully for less than 50 in strasbourg, it's rare to get better than a slum...so, that was not so bad, but do not expect to do you own cooking. The grocery round the corner is very useful.

This is a very modest apartment hotel. The services are very basic, the kitchen is equipped with just the essential (I'd event say less than that). In my opinion it's overpriced, but given other Strasbourg hotels prices, it is relatively cheap. The great thing about the hotel is that it is just 3 minutes away from the tram stop (lines B and E) which means you can get to Strasbourg historical center quickly and easily. Overall it wasn't bad. Just really too little for so much money. However that's how it is in Strasbourg I guess.

The hotel is well located with respect the city center, in particular I think it is ideal for travelers and tourists which would like to discover both Crhistmas Markets in Place Broglie -Place Kleber and the Cathedral of Strasbourg.

The bathroom was definitively bad maintained. The corridors stinked by food cooked. Overall it was clean although expectations were to find something a bit better.

The hotel was very convenient location regarding public transportation and the Palais des Congres where I attended a convention. I was unhappy there was no telephone in the room.

The room was very nice. It has the enought Spaciousness, it's pretty and the fornitures are not bad. I think that it is a pitty that i cannot set better rate only because the room had not been cleaned since prehistoric times.
