The level of cleanliness and state of repair was the worst I have seen in a developed country in decades. Both the hall and bedroom carpets were covered in stains, the top of worksurface in the room had split from the base and was mouldly and almost unusable, the bathroom had an undescribably disgusting piece of "dirt" next to the toilet. And I was kept awake for about two hours in the middle of the night by someone playing a saxophone. Terrible hotel, terrible value. Will never stay again and will recommend to colleagues to avoid.

good value. just wanna to comment the reception opening timing is limited. need to check in and check out at the others end (4 rue magasin) if the timing happen during the reception is closed. if you need to pay on the spot during that period, you will get trouble as the other reception does not handle such service.

The rooms have not been clean, the bathroom should have been renovated long time ago, the draps were not clean too. The price is low, the rooms are not worth this price.

Easily reached on foot from rail station. Quite seedy but clean rooms. Kitchen was one small counter with charred walls behind 2 burner hotplate, toaster oven and tiny non-functional freezer/fridge. As keys must be left with front desk when going out, they are difficult to access on return if clerk is admitting new clients.

Hotel très propre situé à 3 minutes à pieds de la gare. Proche bus et tramway. Petit déjeuner correct. Très bonne adresse.

La estadía fue correcta en general. Pero el mantenimiento del hotel no es bueno (alfombras manchadas, cortinas mal colgadas) y nunca entraron a limpiar mi habitación. Llegué un sábado por la noche y partí un lunes al mediodía. Viajé para conocer, por placer. La ubicación me resultó muy cómoda, tanto para ir al centro como a la estación de trenes.

The people was not bad, but after have the reception several times on the phone before go and specified from September that we were a couple and we would like to have a double bed, when we arrived, we had a room with two single beds. The courtain of the shower didnt cover until down, so all the water was gong out, we just have one towel for two and the holder of the shower was broken.

the room smelled cigaret quite stongly we should have ask for change but we ddidn't as we were late... when we arrive, the hotel didn't have the reservation and we had to go on my e mail to show them the mai of venere and the price to pay...not really serious from your website... le chambre puait la clope. nous n'avons pas demandé à changer cependant car nous etions en retard...le temps a l'arrivée de regler le pb de la reservation qui n'vait pas été reçue par l'hotel...probleme reglé en leur montrant mon e mail et par la meme le prix à payer...pas tres serieux tout ça de la part de venere

Only 2 complaints were that there was no e-mail address for the venue so when i wanted to pre-book a parking space i e-mailed venere, only to be told to contact the venue direct. the other problem was that there was no equipment for washing up/cleaning. we cooked a meal but found no washing up liquid, no tea-towels and no cloths, meaning the best we could do was to rinse our cooking equipment and leave it to drain.

The room is self-consistent but the facilities aren't the same offered in the web site. In other hotels the breakfast is included!!!

The accomodation was very cheap and rate the relationship between price/quality is how we attend, but we did have different problem. We didn't have the hot water for two shower, the towels changed only once in 4 night, and the number of towel got wrong.
