Residence L'Incanto - Piano di Sorrento, Sorrento

1 - The "free parking"was on the street, for real parking they demanded 5er day 2 - "Free" internet was not available because tecnical problems 3 - We stay 6 nights ( 4 senior people in 2 rooms) they didn't clean the room or changed towels or bed sheets all the week 4 - It's very difficult to find the place even with a local GPS (every day we had several problems to find the place 5 - Is not recomended for more than 1 night 6 - We all was very upset from this Residence, my qualification for this place is 4 (four)

Great apartment with great facilities. The staff was also great and friendly, a great view from the terrace and an amazing value for money. You need to have a car to get here, and a GPS otherwise is very easy to get lost. The location is great so you can get very easily to sorrento, positano and surroundings with amazing beaches.

Fantastic quiet/relaxing apartment with beautiful roof terrace views of Sorrento. Receptionist is extremely helpful.such good value. Not near anything local (but we walked to sio sam resteraunt which was very welcoming and exremely good value for money). Took buses to sorrento and positano from bottom of hilly road (loved positano). Drove up to Ravello and just passed through amalfi - parking difficult in all the areas. Went by boat to capri, bit disappointing and very expensive.

Beautiful location, hard to find you need a car,GPS, and daylight.

TV should be placed in dining area and not in one bedroom. Reception girl was very helpful but not there all the time. Views were magnificent.

we had a hard time finding this hotel, but the owner came into town and we followed him to the hotel - it was great - but the internet connection was very poor and the owner did not understand when we tried to find out if there was anything we could do. The units are great and very spacious - I wish we would have had more time there.

This was our second stay at the residence and we wholeheartedly recommend it. We had a beautiful view of the bay of Sorrent and the apartment was clean and spacious. We did find a car very helpful, as the residence is on the hill outside the main city.

The residence is spectacular. It's not situated in the town, so it's a special natural experience. Those views of the sunset are increible! I'd recommend rent a car to visit the 'Peninsola Sorrentina' and 'Costiera Amalfitana'. I'm sure I'll return. Thanks for all!

This stay was really special because of the beautiful surroundings, cute apartment - with a lovely view of the Mediteranian. Would recommend it to those who want an atmospheric environment and car access to Positano and the Amalfi coast.

We arrived early so had to wait for the lady to arrive to book in, but we met the neighbour, parked our car there (€5), bought some of his home made wine, checked out his nativity scene (amazing if you're into that sort of stuff). We were let into the apartment, a massive balcony with a massive view of Sorrento and the bay of Napoli. Two bedrooms, small entrance / lounge a good kitchen - missing a few bit and pieces, a tv hanging off the wall (ugly) and you have to purchase films - not into that, preferred to sit and look at the view. A GREAT spot - would go back in a flash.

Résidence bien placée sur la colline, avec belle vue sur le Golfe de Naples et la mer, bien située aussi pour visiter le secteur, entre Naples et la Côte Amalfitaine. Secteur relativement calme (mis à part quelques nuisances sonores venant de la route, type klaxon et scooter). Pour l'appartement Capraiese, la douche avec rideau n'était vraiment pas pratique. Dans la cuisine, un petit espace supplémentaire de plan de travail aurait été bien. La chambre située en mezzanine est difficile à rafraichir avec la clim, car la chaleur montait.

As a frequent traveller and holliday maker I dare to say that this was the best ever price/quality accomodation I stayed at. The bedroom and living room are spacious, clean and offer a marvelous view over the bay. I highly recommend to use your own transport to explore the nearby sites.

Our experience at L'Incanto was perfect. We had the one bedroom apartment and the cost in relation to what we got was a true bargain. The view of the bay was amazing, all the way across to Naples and down to Sorrento. The terrace was great for relaxing. The apartment itself was spacious with beautiful furnishings. It had a very good size refrigerator and 4 burner stove and oven. The shower was always hot and had very good water pressure. The location of the apartment required having a car but allowed you to escape the hustle, bustle of Sorrento but still be a short drive away. We were able to walk to a small market, and Zio Sam's, a great restaurant with amazing views was only 800 meters away. It was also great to walk on the small back roads, and be all by yourself looking at the beautiful mediterranean. I would gladly go back and would highly recommend this place for a great relaxing vacation.

It was further from main town than I thought. But since Sorrento was a bit crowded and noisy, we enjoyed the calmness and had a great view. Difficult to find. Better if you had a car. Otherwise, the place was spacious, clean with good service.

This is a great property. It was a little difficult to find--we arrived without a car, and it is a long walk from the main town, so a car is recommended. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and we thought it was a great value. Very clean, with a beautiful view.

We had a bad arriving experience. When we arrived at the apartment the kitchen facilities was filthy. We had to wash up all coffee cups, knives, plates, saucepan etc. And there was not any kinds of bread knives, tea cups or other kitchen equipments, we expected in a wellpayed apartment. Therefore it was not possible to make our own food. This was very disappointing. At the evening the owner arrived, and we got more equipments in the following days. Despite of that the apartment was wonderfull, quite new, quiet, nice terraces with a wonderfull views of the sea. And we had free acces to af nice swimmingpool 300 m from the apartment, which we not were told beforehand. It was nice. The wepsite told us, that there were 1500 m to the sea. It must have been high up in the air. When we drove by car, we had to go 3-5 km depending where we want acces to the sea
