Vacation Rental Il Rosone - Siracusa

A nice room, double bed with a kitchen and bathroom with shower. Located on the Ortigia Island. Really a cool place. A short walk from the main sights of the Island. The owners were really nice. I spoke only Italian with them, so I cant comment on their English. You cant get your car directly to the house, its in a small piazza, so It can be a little hard to find. But its only a 2 minute walk from where you would drop off the bags, and the island has a parking deck very near thats only a euro a day. A pretty nice place for the money and the owners were really helpful. I would stay again.

Room was cold as heater was set and we couldn't adjust temperature. Otherwise, it was decent place to stay.

The property owners were most welcoming and helpful, very kindly offering to meet us at the Bus Station. Since building work was going on very close to the property they accommodated us in a different property charging us the same price. The alternative apartment was attractively decorated, with excellent cleanliness. The owners responded very promptly to email queries when we were booking the apartment. They provided useful guidance on shopping and sightseeing. I was impressed by their helpfulness and friendliness. Since we didn't see the property Il Rosone I have rated some answers as 5 meaning not-applicable, since leaving the fields blank did not appear possible.

Mini appartamento molto grazioso, a due passi dal lungomare,dal cuore di Ortigia, e da un comodissimo parcheggio auto! Noi speriamo di tornare!

The apartment is very damp, it took a long long time to heat. The surroundings are not so good, because there are a lot of building and road yards. However, the apartment is very near to the city centre and you can find all you need. The employees are very kind! A little expensive.
