This was our first trip to Siena but not, we hope, our last. Campo Regio Relais exceeded our expectations. Central Siena is small and easily walkable, as traffic is limited in this area. Campo is well located both to get a wonderful view of the Duomo and easy accessibility to anywhere you would want to walk. The owners have created a beautiful environment for a visit and the staff is very attentive. They were very helpful with reservations, things to see and do as well making themselves available. It is wonderful to be able to have a pot of coffee or other beverage throughout the day and into the evening. This will be our place to stay.

We had a problem on arrival stemming from the fact that we did not book on the hotel web page and chosen the room, so we were given a room for one night then moved to another room. The hotel location is a definite plus, photos of the rooms are misleading, view from breakfast area is great, personnel helpful.

The B & B Camp Regio Relais is suited for those who do not mind spending a little more for cleanliness, luxury comfort and amenities, intelligent and friendly staff...and location within the city walls of Siena.

Wow. Campo Regio Relais far exceeded our expectations.I do not have a negative thing to say about Campo Regio Relais. We came from your typical overpriced and mediocre hotel in Rome to Siena. My wife shrieked a negative explicative when we arrived at our hotel in Rome, but she said about 20 positive explicatives when we arrived here. Dennis was excellent. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the veranda cannot be beat. If you want to stay in the city and have the funds. This is the place to stay. Some other guests reviewed it as being noisy. I did not notice any noise unless we opened the windows. Hello...you open the windows it will be noisy. If I make it back through siena any time soon...this will be my spot.

Residenza d'Epoca Relais Campo Regio offers finely decorated double rooms, all soundproofed and featuring private bathrooms with shower, hair dryer, bathrobe, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.Each room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, digital LCD television, complimentary daily newspaper, free wireless Internet access, minibar, safe, and sewing kit.
The standard rooms measure 14 square meters each and have premium bedding, period furniture, and large windows overlooking via della Sapienza.
The two superior rooms are more spacious and measure 24 square meters each. One is characterized by 19th-century style furniture, with a beautiful four-poster bed, while the other has classical furniture and spectacular vaulted ceilings. Both rooms have a double sofa bed and breathtaking city views. Daily housekeeping is available, and baby cots can be provided for a surcharge.

How to reach Residenza d'Epoca Relais Campo Regio
By carFrom the north: take the Firenze Certosa exit of the A1 highway and then merge onto the Firenze-Siena freeway. When you reach Siena (after about 45 minutes) take the Siena Ovest exit and follow the indications to stadio as you proceed along via di Pescaia. When you are in the vicinity of the stadium follow the main avenue towards the city centre until you reach the church of San Domenico. At this point the road splits up: via del Paradiso on your left, via Camporegio on your right and and via della Sapienza in the middle. Take via della Sapienza and follow along until street number 25, where the B&B is located.
From the south: take the Valdichiana exit of the A1 highway and then merge onto the Bettolle-Siena freeway. When you reach Siena (after about 45 minutes) follow the indications to Firenze and take the Siena Ovest exit; then follow the above-said instructions.
